It has been ages. Cobwebs and dust filled my blogger account. I finally could manage to drag myself and finally update. Haha holiday has long gone. I believe I'm spending my days much to full satisfaction now. I've re-evaluated my goals. Kinda feel life's stale. Life's been stagnant for so long and its time to freshen things up.

First of all, I'm gonna register to take Class 3 license. That should be around 6 months, hopefully finish earlier. So for this upcoming 6 months, I've added other few goals and mini tasks!

I sat down one night reading a magazine. I felt something's not right on the elastic waist of my boxers. Oh my, I've developed a flab that so peacefully rests on the elastic waist band of the boxer. Its really no wonder judging from the "eat and sleep" routine I've so subconsciously stood by. I know the problem. Cutting down on my diet already.

Of course diet alone wouldn't work. Plus me wanting to improve my stamina for Napha and Muay thai, I'll need to exercise! So its killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I think I've taken the first step of jogging around the neighbourhood. I never liked jogging at all. But I guess having a planned running route makes it much better than on the 400m track. I'm hoping I could improve my stamina and I'd always wanted to join a marathon. Not a real marathon(42km) lah, not even half marathon(21km). Those 10km distance. =]

I'm gonna hit the gym tommorrow. If there's no feel like a year ago when I was starting out, I'm not gonna include gym into my plan. If not go also no use right?

I feel so much better listing part of my plan here. I'll certainly blog much often from now. =]
